The youth of the Youth of Alexander the Great chapter of Philadelphia invite you and all your Macedonian friends to the fall conference in Philadelphia. The event will take place from Friday November 18th - Sunday November 20th, 2005. Reservations for hotel arrangements are to be booked at the Marriott that is located right in Terminal A of the Philadelphia International Airport by calling 1 (800) 228-9290 or (215) 492-9000. Rates are $99.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Please mention Pan Macedonian Youth when making reservations. Reservations must be received on or before Monday October 31st, 2005. The itinerary for the weekend is as follows:

Friday November 18th, 2005:
Arrive and check in at hotel. 11:00 pm - 2:00 am - Arrive at Mocha Bill's for welcome night dinner/party.
Saturday November 19th, 2005:

10:00 am - Pick-up at hotel for meeting of the Pan Macedonian National Youth Association.
10:30 am - 1:00 pm - Pan Macedonian National Youth Association meeting at the Philadelphia chapter office in Upper Darby. Delicious breakfast donated from Boston Style Pizza and Mediterranean Cafe.
1:00 pm - 4:30 pm - Sightseeing in beautiful Philadelphia. Visits to the National Constitution Center, Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Philadelphia Museum of Art (the famous Rocky steps) and more.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm - Lunch at Abner's Steaks (you'll get to try the world famous Philly Cheesesteaks and Hoagies -- not subs)
6:00 pm - Return to hotel
7:30 pm - Pickup at hotel
8:00 pm - 2:00 am- Arrive at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church for annual Macedonian Dance. Dance groups to perfom and delicious Greek dinner will be served. (if your city would like perform dances that night please let Costas Mitoulis know - 484-620-2391)
Sunday November 20th, 2005:

12:00 pm - Check out of hotel.
12:30 pm - 4:00 pm - Sightseeing and tour of South Street (opportunity to have lunch at any one of South Street's fine restaurants)
